Our business was re-established on 01.01.2011 as Serkan Düvencioğlu, following the decision to dissolve the partnership between the brothers in the Halit–Mehmet Düvencioğlu family firm — a business with a 30-year history — and the transfer of Halit Düvencioğlu’s share to Hakan Düvencioğlu. Founded as a retail company, our firm served in the furniture retail sector under the Bellona brand until 2015; having sown the seeds in 2014, it moved into manufacturing under the SDesign brand and set up its own factory. It currently produces and sells its own products through two retail stores of its own, in Yenişehir and at İnegöl Mobiliyum AVM. It also serves 2 regional dealerships and 118 portfolio customers domestically, and abroad 5 countries (Saudi Arabia, Libya, Jordan, Algeria, Iraq, Palestine) with 10 portfolio customers in those countries, actively supplying wholesale. Our company holds two trademark registration certificates issued by the Turkish Patent Institute, for SDesign and Düvencioğlu Mobilya.

Our company always attaches importance to trade fairs. It takes part as an exhibitor at the İstanbul and İnegöl fairs, and attends the Italy and China fairs as a visitor.

Our company serves with 25 staff, 5 of them white-collar. Product designs are made by architects who take the pulse of the market and can create original products. Always giving priority to the modernisation of its machinery, our company has made it its mission to add value to both the company and the national economy with faster and more durable products, and aims to broaden its vision through the honest and fair trade inherited from the family elders.
