Our business was established as Serkan Düvencioğlu on January 1, 2011, after the partnership of the brothers was decided to be separated from the family firm, Halit-Mehmet Düvencioğlu, which has a history of 30 years, and Halit Düvencioğlu transferred his partnership to Hakan Düvencioğlu. Our company was founded as a retail company and provided services in the furniture retail sector with the Bellona brand until 2015, while in 2014, it laid the seeds and entered the production phase with the SDesign brand, establishing its own factory. Currently, it operates two retail stores under its own name, one in Yenişehir and the other in İnegöl Mobiliyum AVM, producing and selling its own products. Additionally, it provides wholesale services with two regional dealerships in the domestic market and 118 portfolio customers, while internationally it serves 10 portfolio customers across five countries (Saudi Arabia, Libya, Jordan, Algeria, Iraq, Palestine) through active wholesale sales.

Our company always prioritizes participating in fairs. It has been present as an exhibitor in fairs in Istanbul and İnegöl, and as a visitor in the fairs in Italy and China.

Our company provides services with a total of 25 personnel, including 5 white-collar workers. The product designs of the company are made by architects who can gauge the market pulse and create unique products. Our company, which has made it a mission to add value to both the company and the country's economy by constantly prioritizing machine modernization for faster and more durable products, aims to broaden its vision through honest and fair trade inherited from family elders.
